History

OMCO Holdings, Inc. (“OMCO”) is the largest custom roll former in the United States, and the largest roll form supplier to the utility scale segment of the solar industry. Complementing its roll forming capabilities, OMCO has extensive capacity and expertise in progressive die stamping, in-factory mounting structure assembly (including module installation), welding, tube manufacturing, and almost all aspects of metal fabrication. Since its first utility scale solar project in 2008, OMCO has delivered over 8 gigawatts of PV module mounting structures, consistently supplying high quality, high volume roll formed parts, progressive die stampings, and completed assemblies on-time and on-budget to North America, Chile, Australia, Malaysia, and the Middle East, amongst many other regions.
