Machine Operator
Description
OMCO Solar is seeking experienced Roll Form Operators. Machine operators will be producing custom mounting structures for the utility solar power industry. You will be responsible for running the mill, troubleshooting, inspecting parts, maintaining specifications, and performing routine maintenance.

Shift is Monday – Thursday, 4:00am – 2:30pm
Qualifications:
- Formal training in mechanical or technical discipline is preferred or equivalent experience.
- A high school diploma is preferred.
- Experience using charts, interpreting blueprints, schedules, and touchscreens.
- General knowledge of measuring tools and gauges.
- You should expect to stand for 10-hour shifts.
- You must be able to lift, carry, push and or pull 25 lbs. frequently without assistance or 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach outward frequently.
- English fluency is necessary for receiving proper training in process operation, safety practices and communicating with other departments.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- General math skills.
